The images above are proof images from a long term project on the small town of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I grew up in this city, and it as many other cities in the cotton and rust belt, have succummed to the interstate system. While it's downtown is crippled and stagnant, the vast majority of people simply want to see their city thrive once again.
