ive found myself in los angeles, california. two weeks ago i was offered a job with a very cool company. i accepted it. pretty snazzy. so far i’ve finished my first week of training. one more to go so far, then start working for real. excitement boils. seriously. cool doesnt even begin to describe it.

no, seriously. oh and i work with a ton of fucking amazing people. yes. its great.
series of work i started on american monuments. more specifically on tourists, what they come to see, and how they themselves are viewed. work in progress obviously. will continue for some time to come.

siggraph is over. not what i expected. not bad, but not necessarily the life changing experience i thought it would be.. perhaps next year will be better.
i did meet paul debevec. talk about super amazing experience. a++ would meet again.

started a project involving a desert and an abandoned trailer last year. never liked the result so I decided to start over. from scratch.

quick and dirty comp into background projection matte (early stages)
foreground is just placeholder. having to redesign its layout. too bubbly. looks way too cartoony.
So I’ve decided to start a catalogue of found images/visuals/media online that I find interesting. Consider it a web sketchbook of references or inspiration starters.
